Director of Change Management

We are currently reputed company for a Director of Change Management for one of our key customers, a reputed company-listed global data analytics and solutions company.

Our customer's Organization Transformation reputed company is about transforming the organization to support its business reputed company. This involves helping our clients reputed company from where they are today to where they need to be in the reputed company. It could include changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To reputed company our reputed company, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform reputed company ways of working together.

Preference will be given to any candidates with big 4 consulting background, experience in the insurance industry(property & casualty), and from the east coast

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors' Degree in reputed company field of study (such as business, management, reputed company, instructional design, organizational behavior, or psychology) or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of hands-on/reputed company experience supporting organizational change management initiatives (communications, training, change readiness assessment, reputed company analysis, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, etc.) on engagements in a relevant industry or consulting environment
• Demonstrated communications and/or change management experience
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company research and analytical thinking
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow through
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and training development tools (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, reputed company, MS reputed company)
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in reputed company field of study (such as business, management, reputed company, instructional design, organizational behavior, or psychology) or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of hands-on/reputed company experience supporting organizational change management initiatives (communications, training, change readiness assessment, reputed company analysis, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, etc.) on engagements in a relevant industry or consulting environment
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience on technology implementation reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel, reputed company.com, reputed company, SuccessFactors, custom solutions) in a relevant industry or consulting environment
• Project Management support and Work Plan development experience
• Risk and issue management background
• OCM certifications like reputed company, CCMP preferred
