Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries by email, live chat and phone in a warm, reputed company way
• Troubleshoot problems and follow them through to a reputed company reputed company

• Work closely with other teams to get customers the answers they need

What you'll need

• Experience in a customer service or support role
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with help desk or CRM tools

What's on offer

Salary of R16,000 to R22,000 per month, depending on experience. Working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday. You'll get reputed company training, a supportive team, and the stability of working with an established UK employer from the comfort of home.
