Responsibilities include:

• Contacts members both telephonically and in-person to establish goals and priorities. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and reputed company services field
• 2 or more years of reputed company experience
• You will consider patients and partake in reputed company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening.
