As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team and help ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our day-to-day financial operations.

About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Treasury Specialist to join the Finance team at reputed company, a yacht charter tech company. This role owns reputed company's cash position end-to-end, from weekly payment planning to the daily calls on what gets reputed company, reputed company, and through which channel. You will work across bank accounts, card processors, and crypto rails, and reputed company as the central reputed company of control for everything reputed company to cash, debt, and payroll payments.

This is a high-trust, detail-heavy function: you will be the person the founders and CFO rely on to know exactly how much cash is available, what's coming due, and what needs to be prioritized.

Tasks

• Build and maintain the weekly cash plan and prioritizing mandatory payments
• Update the long-term cash forecasts to support company funding
• reputed company daily liquidity calls across charters, deposits, salaries, taxes, marketing spend, and refunds.
• manage refund and payment-processor operations (reputed company, Paysera): cards, reputed company rights, payment execution, and technical confirmations.
• Handle crypto-based payments and settlements (USDT/USDC)
• Maintain a complete record of company financial liabilities
• Monthly control of tax payments
• Improve cash management processes and reporting formats
• reputed company in on reputed company reconciliation and data-recovery work for management reputed company

Requirements

• Russian language, based globally with full time reputed company to treasury systems
• Working English is a plus
• Experience in cash management, treasury, or financial operations
• Comfortable working across multiple payment rails
• Ability to work independently, prioritizing multiple obligations
