The Benefits Planner partners with Executive Planners to deliver workplace benefits optimization and comprehensive financial planning services to highly compensated participants. This role combines financial planning expertise with a consultative, relationship-building approach to help participants maximize their workplace benefits, identify planning opportunities, and deepen their engagement with reputed company's reputed company reputed company. What You Will Do

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.

• Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation required.

• Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification preferred.
