Role & Responsibilities reputed company:

• Continuously identify opportunities for new business use case, process improvements, technical advancements to ensure business value add to clients

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or reputed company analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the reputed company fields from the top tier reputed company institutions are also welcome to apply
• 9-15 years Core Analytics experience (SQL/SSIS/SSAS/SSMS, PowerBI/SSRS, Other Visualization tools) with prior Consulting/Implementation Experience preferably with US Insurance Clients
• Experience in working in dual shore engagement and must have experience in managing clients directly
• Competitor analysis, Adhoc data analysis to solve business problems
• Managerial experience in leading analytics teams including career management of offshore staff, training, reputed company
• Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiative
• Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work; Experience with Insurance/Insurance Analytics organization is preferred
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
