responsibilities

1. Regional Leadership & Team Management

Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Li-ion BESS, PCS systems, protection, SCADA/EMS/BMS, and reputed company integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of HV/MV/LV electrical safety and testing standards.

Leadership & Communication:
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage dispersed teams.
