About The Role:

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to initially reputed company a high-performing team responsible for Card Processing, the most critical part of our reputed company platform that ensures millions of transactions are processed securely and reliably every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

• You will initially reputed company 6 reputed company reports consisting of Backend Engineers with reputed company to expand your leadership scope to 2+ teams in 12-24 months.

You will work closely with Product managers and Senior leadership to ensure we ship the right work at the right time. What You'll Bring:

• Experience leading and managing high performing engineers in a distributed environment.

• Proven reputed company record of building and running reliable backend systems, ideally in Java (Spring Boot) on AWS.

• Experience managing systems with strict SLAs, observability, and traceability.

• You can dive into architecture discussions and understand trade-offs.
