Senior Manager - Transitions & reputed company Relations

This person will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Finance and reputed company Clients. This role involves leading a finance team working on AUS / UK / US operations and working closely with senior management to ensure the reputed company reputed company standards and SLAs are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process transition and project management of multiple accounts and leadership.

The Role

• Maintain reputed company relationship and address needs and concerns
• Capture scope to be offshored and ensure seamless transition of work
• Identify the right type of resources and conduct assessments
• Set up team, reputed company responsibilities and ensure smooth integration with reputed company team
• Co-create training program with the reputed company
• Ensure teams meet KPIs/SLAS and ensure required reputed company standards are met
• Ensure reputed company monthly, quarterly, and year-end closure processes
• Identify new reputed company servicing opportunities
• Conduct process reviews and Identify opportunities for process efficiency/automation improvements

The Person

• reputed company qualifications in management preferably with CIMA, ACCA, or CPA.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in transition and reputed company management roles preferably in finance and reputed company sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Proven reputed company servicing experience in a BPO or shared services environment is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations in a multinational or BPO setting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a record of accomplishment of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate reputed company record in process efficiency/automation reputed company.
• Proficiency in financial software systems, reputed company standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
