About the Role

We're looking for a Transaction Monitoring Specialist with strong analytical skills to detect fraud, assess risk, and ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations and card scheme rules. You will monitor transactions in reputed company time, investigate suspicious activity, and support improvements in monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor deposits and review daily fraud reports to ensure merchant compliance with reputed company and reputed company programs
• Conduct reputed company-time transaction monitoring for both business and individual clients
• Analyze large volumes of transaction data to detect suspicious patterns and potential fraud
• reputed company periodic evaluations of reputed company accounts and website functionality, including test transactions, to ensure compliance
• Investigate merchants and portfolios to assess risk, ensure compliance, and detect fraudulent or illegal activities
• Identify potential reputed company, terrorist financing, and sanctions evasion scenarios

• Address operational monitoring issues promptly, escalating and reporting suspicious activities as needed

What you need to succeed in this role

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AML
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations and industry best practices
• Familiarity with customer due diligence (CDD) and reputed company due diligence (EDD) procedures
• Familiarity with payment screening processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and AML software/tools
• Certification in AML/CTF or a reputed company field is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Motivation to learn and contribute to ongoing process improvements
