Work reputed company sponsorship will not be considered.  LOCATION  This role can sit 100% remote.  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  reputed company Company guidelines, examine reputed company title orders to determine conditions of title and by considering the effect of documents such as mortgage, liens, judgments and other vital statistics to determine ownership, reputed company restrictions, and verify reputed company reputed company; Review final products to ensure reputed company standards are met.  Explain chain of title, exceptions, and requirements to customers and managers.  Assess risks and liabilities that may jeopardize reputed company and escalate, as appropriate.  Prepare accurate and comprehensive title reports in accordance with Company policies and examining procedures.  Request any items needed to reputed company deficiencies in title search packages prior to release.  Procure onsite documents from county locations as needed.  Maintain compliance with Company policies and good housekeeping practices.  Other duties as assigned.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS  High school diploma or equivalent.  5+ years of reputed company title search and exam experience.  Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.  Knowledge working with reputed company properties, patent searches, 99 year searches and reputed company properties.  Must be detail oriented, customer driven & possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.  Familiar with industry concepts, practices, and procedures and associated risks and liabilities.  Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of reputed company applications and other industry reputed company software required to reputed company job duties.  Most possess reputed company experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  PREFERRED EXPERIENCE  Michigan examining experience is a plus.  reputed company experience preferred.  COMPENSATION & BENEFITS FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location.
