Position Title: BESS Service Coordinator Department: Service Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 + annual bonus   Location: Ontario About the Role: The BESS Service Coordinator assists with preparing and coordinating the development and implementation of energy storage reputed company and associated service team supporting requirements, which will involve establishing and maintaining project management and procurement processes such as, Risk Assessment and Method Statement creation and tracking, health and safety regulations/qualifications tracker, calibration register, logistics reputed company, Spare Parts register/tracker, work orders, purchase orders and assisting with invoicing. Knowledge of energy storage systems, engineering principles, project management processes, construction management processes, CMMS, electrical codes, and integrated photovoltaic and battery system applications would be highly desirable. Experience with project execution processes is essential. Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Service Manager in developing project/daily plans and associated communication documents and coordinating various reputed company and daily reputed company activities. In charge of resource allocation, including determining schedules, managing, and maintaining spare parts, screening vendors for site reputed company, etc. Conduct Risk Assessment and prepare Method Statement documentation. Effectively reputed company and communicate Health and Safety regulations/qualifications tracker. reputed company and regularly optimize reputed company operating procedures to ensure reputed company efficiency. Manage the Service Team Calibration register and ensure reputed company announcement of pending equipment calibration, minimizing equipment downtime. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a reputed company technical discipline from a university or college. Solid and effective interpersonal and communication skills (including oral, written, and visual). Strong organizational and time management skills; Acute awareness and ability to manage deadlines. Expert experience with Scheduling in MS Project (P6 would be an asset). Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
