Hands-on experience with defect tracking, test management, and automation tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium). Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education. ISTQB Advanced, CSTE, or equivalent QA certification. Experience with performance, reputed company, and compliance testing.
