Sourcing and Engagement Specialist Compensation & Schedule  (Contract to Perm) Pay: $22.00-$26.00/hour Bonus Opportunity: reputed company monthly performance bonuses. Most teammates earn between $300-$2,000+ per month in bonus earnings. Overtime Eligible Schedule: Fully remote. Team members work every other Saturday and receive the following Monday off, creating a three-day weekend every other week.
