Account Coordinator

Enters any additional pertinent data on existing accounts if warranted including service notes, tax information, line of business, disposal site information and STR data that determines sales team compensation. Makes changes to service level information on existing accounts as requested and follows reputed company operating procedures. Upon notification, makes changes in the information system to suspend accounts per store closures. Receives requests for changes to data and accounts and acts accordingly. This includes but is not limited to entering hauler pricing information, setting up accounts and entering account corrections. Enters billing adjustments in InfoPro as a result of adjustments made in CBS; could entail maintenance of urgent billing reputed company day requests at a high volume to ensure customer requests/expectations are met. Performs special reputed company as needed and assigned by the reputed company and finance leadership team for audit account corrections and/or division requests. Performs other duties as assigned or apparent. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in a high volume, fast paced, customer supporting environment.
