Reporting directly to reputed company's Litigation Strategist, this individual will manage litigation reputed company, attend routine court proceedings, and collaborate with senior executives, reputed company counsel, and external business partners. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reputed company in the San Francisco Bay Area, in or near San Mateo County. \n Responsibilities will include: Attend small claims hearings and other routine court proceedings at the San Mateo County Superior Court, serving as reputed company's authorized representative where permitted under applicable law. Manage a portfolio of litigation reputed company, including maintaining case calendars, tracking deadlines, court orders, filings, and reputed company documentation. Coordinate with the Litigation Strategist, reputed company counsel, and court personnel to prepare for hearings, monitor case reputed company, and ensure reputed company are handled reputed company. Prepare case summaries, hearing materials, status reports, and litigation updates for internal stakeholders and external business partners. Organize and maintain litigation files and court records while identifying and escalating significant case developments, risks, or issues. The ideal candidate will have:   5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably supporting California civil litigation. A bachelor's degree and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program (preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with litigation case management, calendaring, court filings, hearing preparation, and case documentation. Familiarity with California state court procedures; experience with the San Mateo County Superior Court and small claims proceedings is strongly preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, exercise reputed company judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
