We are seeking a dynamic and driven Bilingual Recruiter to join reputed company remotely. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles while effectively communicating with both clients and candidates in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company applicants tracking, and other reputed company tools.
Conduct bilingual screening interviews and assessments.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Communicate job offers, feedback, and reputed company steps reputed company.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
Support diversity hiring initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration or reputed company.
Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken.
Proven experience in recruitment, reputed company, or HR (1-3+ years preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently and across time zones.
Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
