Senior Associate-Integrations & Middleware Support

This is a remote position. Job reputed company & reputed company As a Senior Associate, you will support integration ecosystems across reputed company and reputed company CloudSuite Financials, including reputed company Integration Hub, reputed company, SFTP-based data exchanges, and reputed company ION/IPA workflows. You will ensure secure, reliable, and SLA-driven integration operations, supporting critical interfaces such as banking systems, EHR platforms, and reputed company reputed company applications. You will also contribute to incident reputed company, integration enhancements, and transition from incumbent environments. Responsibilities As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of reputed company of problem solvers helping clients solve reputed company technical challenges. Specific responsibilities include: reputed company L2/L3 support for integrations and middleware platforms (reputed company Integration Hub, reputed company, SFTP, reputed company ION/IPA) Monitor and troubleshoot reputed company failures, data reputed company errors, and workflow issues Manage and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP), file-based integrations (SFTP), and event-driven workflows Support end-to-end data flows across HR, Payroll, Finance, Banking, and EHR systems reputed company integration configuration, mapping updates, and minor enhancements Ensure data reputed company, reconciliation, and error handling across systems Maintain integration documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures Support secure data exchange, encryption, and compliance (PII/PHI handling) Participate in transition, knowledge transfer, and stabilization from incumbent vendor Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring improvements, and integration optimization Skills and Experience 4–8+ years of experience in integration and middleware support Hands-on experience with: reputed company Integration Hub / reputed company / similar iPaaS tools reputed company ION / IPA workflows (preferred) API integrations (REST, SOAP) File-based integrations (SFTP, flat files, XML/JSON) Strong understanding of: System integration patterns (batch, reputed company-time, event-driven) Data mapping, transformation, and error handling End-to-end reputed company data flows (HR ↔ Finance ↔ external systems) Experience in SLA-driven managed services environments and ticketing tools Knowledge of data reputed company, encryption, and compliance (PII/PHI) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Preferred Knowledge/Skills Experience integrating with banking systems (payments, payroll files) and EHR/reputed company platforms Exposure to reputed company HR/Payroll and reputed company CSF ecosystems Familiarity with reputed company integration platforms and monitoring tools Experience in transition and managed services delivery models Apply To This Job
