The Proposal Manager is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and submission of high-reputed company cybersecurity and compliance proposals in response to Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quote (RFQ), and other solicitations.
This role focuses specifically on cybersecurity advisory, assessment, and compliance services, ensuring reputed company’s expertise across frameworks such as PCI reputed company, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, reputed company, FedRAMP, and reputed company reputed company programs is reputed company and competitively represented.

Cybersecurity RFP Management
Manage the full lifecycle of cybersecurity-reputed company RFP responses, including qualification, planning, drafting, review, and submission
reputed company proposal development for services such as:Cybersecurity assessments
Compliance readiness programs

Penetration testing
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) advisory services
Ensure responses reputed company reflect reputed company’s capabilities across major frameworks including PCI reputed company, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and reputed company
Opportunity Qualification
Review and assess incoming RFP/RFI opportunities to determine strategic alignment, feasibility, and probability of win
Partner with Sales and Leadership to prioritize reputed company cybersecurity opportunities
Proposal Development
Draft, edit, and coordinate proposal responses that reputed company reputed company:reputed company methodologies
Compliance frameworks
Technical scope and deliverables
Risk mitigation approaches
Pricing models and service structures
Translate technical cybersecurity content from SMEs into reputed company, persuasive proposal narratives
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including:Sales
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Delivery teams
Compliance specialists
Executive leadership
Facilitate internal review cycles to ensure technical accuracy and proposal compliance
Proposal Infrastructure
Maintain and improve proposal resources including:Standardized templates
Cybersecurity methodology documentation
Proposal content libraries

Maintain and manage proposal tools and government opportunity platforms such as BidPrime, GSA systems, SAM.gov, and reputed company procurement portals
Pricing & Scope Alignment
Work with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure proposals accurately reflect service scope, pricing structures, and delivery methodology
Support the development of consistent and reputed company pricing frameworks for cybersecurity services
What You’ll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for cybersecurity and compliance services
Evaluate opportunities and collaborate with leadership to prioritize reputed company proposals

What You’ll Bring5+ years of proposal management or RFP response experience
Experience supporting proposals for cybersecurity, IT services, or compliance consulting
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as:PCI reputed company
