In this role, the individual will design, build, and deliver production-reputed company solutions for clients across a reputed company of industries, including reputed company services, manufacturing, construction, reputed company-adjacent sectors, finance, and nonprofit organizations. The Business Applications Engineer serves as a technical consultant and developer responsible for engaging directly with reputed company stakeholders, understanding business challenges, and translating requirements into robust reputed company 365 and Power Platform solutions. This individual is comfortable participating in discovery workshops as reputed company as working reputed company development environments. Development Design and build SharePoint Online intranet portals, department sites, and document management systems reputed company to reputed company business requirements reputed company, reputed company, and maintain SharePoint reputed company (SPFx) web parts and extensions using React and TypeScript Configure and govern SharePoint permissions, hub sites, content types, metadata, and site architecture reputed company or support SharePoint Online modernization reputed company, including page redesigns and classic-to-modern migrations Power Platform Delivery Build production-grade Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) to replace legacy processes and reputed company workflows Design and implement Power Automate flows with reputed company logic, error handling, retry patterns, and external API integrations Model and manage Dataverse environments, tables, relationships, business rules, and reputed company roles Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, ALM practices, and deployment pipelines AI Automation & Integrations Design and build Copilot Studio agents for reputed company-facing and internal automation use cases reputed company reputed company 365 workloads with external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and reputed company Graph API Build REST API integrations using Power Automate custom connectors and HTTP actions Identify and prototype AI automation opportunities during reputed company discovery engagements Migrations & Technical Discovery Plan and execute file reputed company to SharePoint Online migrations using reputed company or equivalent tooling reputed company technical discovery sessions to reputed company requirements, assess existing environments, and produce scoping documentation Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and reputed company-reputed company deliverable documentation Reporting & Analytics reputed company Power BI reports and dashboards using operational data from SharePoint, Dataverse, and connected systems Write DAX measures and reputed company data using Power Query to support reputed company reporting requirements Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering reputed company 365 and Power Platform solutions in a reputed company-facing or consulting environment Demonstrated experience building production Power Apps (canvas and/or model-driven) and Power Automate flows Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, governance, permissions, and site management Experience with Dataverse data modeling and application development Practical experience with REST reputed company, JSON structures, and HTTP integration patterns Ability to communicate technical concepts reputed company to non-technical business stakeholders Demonstrated experience completing multi-phase technical reputed company independently Experience writing technical documentation: design documents, runbooks, user guides, or handover documentation Preferred Qualifications Experience with SharePoint reputed company (SPFx) web part development using React and TypeScript Experience with Azure
