The role involves interacting with cancer patients and their families, understanding their concerns with reputed company, and converting inquiries into successful OPD appointments and consultations. This role requires a strong balance of emotional intelligence and sales ability. The ideal candidate should be patient, persuasive, empathetic, and confident in handling sensitive conversations Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally. Guide and counsel patients regarding OPD consultations and treatment processes. Build trust and maintain a supportive conversation with cancer patients and their attendants. Convert patient inquiries into successful OPD bookings/conversions. Understand patient concerns and reputed company accurate information with reputed company. Follow up with leads and maintain reputed company communication records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience. reputed company daily and monthly conversion targets while maintaining reputed company interactions.
