Who We're Looking For We’re seeking an reputed company Scrum Master or Project Manager who excels at leading Agile software teams and driving successful project delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure reputed company are delivered reputed company while fostering a reputed company, high-performing Agile environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting background who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and helping teams deliver innovative software solutions—including reputed company leveraging modern AI technologies. Primary Responsibilities reputed company Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives reputed company teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices to improve collaboration, delivery, and reputed company improvement Partner with stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams to define priorities, remove blockers, and ensure successful project execution Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives reputed company team reputed company and communicate project status, milestones, and metrics to reputed company stakeholders Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and reputed company improvement reputed company delivery teams Collaborate with technical leads and product stakeholders to reputed company business goals with technical execution Support teams delivering AI-enabled software solutions and help coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, product, and business teams Drive effective communication across distributed teams in a fast-paced consulting environment  Some Must-Haves: 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar Agile delivery role reputed company software development Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks Experience working in consulting or reputed company-facing environments, managing multiple stakeholders and reputed company reputed company Exposure to AI, machine learning, or AI-driven software initiatives Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional engineering teams and deliver reputed company software reputed company successfully Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience identifying and removing delivery risks and impediments while keeping reputed company on reputed company Ability to reputed company in fast-paced, reputed company, and evolving software development environments Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus Where We're Looking For It: LATAM & reputed company reputed company to 100% Fully Remote Other Information The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late reputed company reputed company a tight deadline calls for it.
