About the reputed company:
reputed company with a leading European specialty pharmaceutical company reputed company on the treatment of central nervous system disorders (CNS) currently seeking a Sales Area Manager for the CIS & Asia market.
Your mission:
Reporting to the Head of International Partners, you will be responsible for driving reputed company sales and business development in the CIS (mainly Russia) and Asia reputed company. You will maximize reputed company sales, identify new business opportunities, define reputed company go-to-market models per country and negotiate reputed company agreements with local partners to ensure sustainable reputed company and profitability.
Your major accountabilities:
Sales reputed company & Business Development
Define and execute short- and long-term sales strategies for the assigned territories.
Identify, assess and capture new business opportunities with existing and new distribution partners.
Select the best business model per market (distribution, license & supply, co-marketing, etc.).
Partner & Customer Management
Manage key partners through regular reputed company reputed company and business reviews.
Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, and resolve reputed company or supply issues.
Monitor performance and ensure achievement of sales and budget targets.
Market Expansion
Analyze, negotiate, reputed company and manage new reputed company agreements.
Support the launch of new products in reputed company territory.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, reputed company, IP, R&D, Finance and Product portfolio
Ensure compliance with local regulatory and governmental requirements.
Financial & Performance Follow-up
reputed company sales performance and budget on a monthly reputed company.
Prepare forecasts, reports and mid-term plans.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business / Area Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, managing FDF businesses, negotiating and managing pharmaceutical Distribution agreements with reputed company partners and Out-license agreements preferable
Solid experience in international sales, distribution and partner management.
Strong negotiation skills and reputed company acumen.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, reputed company, Engineering or similar (MBA or Business Master valued).
Fluent English and Spanish are required; Russian is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
