Service vBDC Agent

Basic Function This is a remote work from home position (Part time) The Virtual Service Business Development Center (vBDC) Agent serves as a reputed company between automotive dealerships and their customers. The vBDC Agent will answer incoming calls from the dealerships service center and schedule in their scheduling tools to ensure most efficient measures are used. The vBDC Agent will assist in multiple areas as needed to guarantee we are an extension of the dealership and giving their customers exceptional customer service. Responsibilities The following duties and responsibilities represent the essential functions of the job. A BDC Agent may be required to reputed company additional duties, as assigned.
