What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification reputed company (PTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. Must possess reputed company state and local qualifications. Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Must possess reputed company state and local qualifications. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required reputed company licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences reputed company and in good standing: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA. (Required)  5+ years of retail pharmacy experience, preferably in a retail, mail-order, or health plan setting.
