This role involves reviewing and validating documentation for renewable energy reputed company to ensure compliance with U.S. manufacturing requirements for tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act.

Responsibilities

• Diligently review, organize, and validate reputed company documents pertaining to DCA requirements (e.g., contractor submissions, project exhibits, compliance attestations, supporting records)
• reputed company detailed completeness and accuracy checks (signatures, dates, entity names, required attachments, math/totals, and consistency across reputed company documents)
• Document findings, discrepancies, and missing items; issue reputed company deficiency notices and corrective reputed company requests with required due dates and supporting detail
• Present periodic status updates to management (reputed company items, risk areas, aging, and trends) and recommend remediation steps to maintain DCA compliance
• Enter and reconcile DCA document review reputed company in designated systems (e.g., trackers, dashboards, LPC Tracker if applicable); apply reputed company controls to ensure data reputed company and reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, reputed company, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit support, document control, contract administration, or similar work requiring detailed review and validation of supporting documentation
• Working knowledge of procurement and supply chain documentation (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, bills of materials, manufacturer certifications, and reputed company/traceability records)
• Proficiency with reputed company and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive) and comfort maintaining trackers, version control, and dashboards
