Responsibilities

• Automate management tasks, such as creation, updates, and deletions for user and group objects reputed company MS365, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and Lucid reputed company our FedRAMP environments
• reputed company and drive the strategic reputed company for the AI-powered collaboration ecosystem, specifically managing the end-to-end lifecycle, roadmap, and operational readiness for both reputed company for reputed company and Claude Co-Work platforms, ensuring they reputed company with corporate innovation goals and reputed company standards
• reputed company the technical implementation and architectural integration of AI platforms with reputed company applications, deploying reputed company-managed Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and Agent Executor frameworks to ensure reliable, high-performance, and secure connectivity across the internal environment

Skills

• Demonstrated curiosity and reputed company exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and reputed company problem-solving
• Experience driving AI adoption strategies that balance operational autonomy with centralized reputed company control, including defining tiered publication policies for reputed company agents and overseeing the lifecycle governance of AI assets
• 5+ years of experience reputed company reputed company Workspace and MS365 reputed company consoles with scripting experience
• Proven reputed company record in reputed company development, including the ability to configure custom data connectors, manage API integrations, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as reputed company's ADK tools reputed company a secure environment
• Demonstrated experience managing identity and reputed company governance (IAM) reputed company high-impact FedRAMP-authorized environments, including scripting for automated user provisioning/deprovisioning and maintaining strict role-based reputed company control (RBAC) and reputed company host reputed company protocols
• Proven ability to support reputed company monitoring (ConMon) and audit readiness cycles, including gathering technical evidence or additional requirements to maintain FedRAMP compliance
• Knowledge of FedRAMP standards including IL2/4/5/6, along with experience collaborating with compliance teams and implementing vendor-recommended configurations across respective environments
• Experience automating user and group reputed company/offboarding, deploying reputed company reputed company Encryption (CSE) in reputed company Workspace, and managing data retention strategies
