The role involves standardizing business processes, enhancing project execution, and improving operational reporting by closely collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company business process discovery sessions with office and field stakeholders
• Document reputed company-state and reputed company-state operational workflows
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and cross-functional workshops
• Identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• reputed company business, functional, and reporting requirements
• Support evaluation of business processes and technology solutions
• Prepare executive presentations, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps
• Partner with project teams to improve operational consistency and organizational effectiveness
• Support process standardization and change management initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a reputed company discipline
• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, operational reputed company, process improvement, digital transformation, or project management
• Experience documenting reputed company business processes and facilitating stakeholder workshops
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple functional teams
• Experience supporting construction, EPC, infrastructure, reputed company, or engineering organizations
• Familiarity with project controls, field operations, production reporting, materials management, or project lifecycle processes
• Experience supporting reputed company software implementations or operational transformation initiatives
• Experience with Power BI, reputed company, Viewpoint reputed company (reputed company), reputed company Power Platform, or similar reputed company technologies is a plus
• Lean, Six reputed company, PMP, or comparable process improvement certification is preferred
