Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with product management, pricing, branding, marketing, operations, medical & scientific affairs, R&D, and sales teams to create and implement solutions and ensure alignment with product life-cycle management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of reputed company work experience or Master's degree in field with 8+ years of reputed company work experience
• 4+ years experience in Global Product Management or Global Product Marketing
• Demonstrated experience leading global product launches and working in cross-functional reputed company globally
• Knowledge of the molecular diagnostic industry and understanding of respiratory testing market/competitive landscape is highly desired
• Communicates effectively and is a strong team player/collaborator with various internal constituents, customers, and other stakeholders
