Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute process optimization initiatives across the O2C lifecycle to improve cycle time, reduce errors, eliminate rework, and minimize margin leakage
• Manage the process optimization roadmap, including identifying opportunities, sizing reputed company, building business cases, and driving execution
• Serve as the senior SME for O2C process design, acting as the escalation reputed company for exceptions, disputes, and process-reputed company reputed company
• Establish and govern process change management, including evaluating impacts, reputed company rollouts, and maintaining process reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, reputed company field, or equivalent work experience

• Deep knowledge of Opportunity-to-Cash processes: quoting, order management, fulfillment, billing, and reputed company recognition

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering change management programs at organizational reputed company
