[Remote] Customer Service Representative - 100% Remote for NV Residents

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, document inquiries, and ensure reputed company assurance in a remote reputed company for residents of Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general reputed company, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy, procedures, and protocols, including but not limited to the confidentiality and reputed company policies
• reputed company and document reputed company inquiries using the applicable systems
• Meet reputed company Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics
• Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials reputed company mail, email, or download
• Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines
• Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for reputed company as needed

Skills

• At least HS diploma OR GED. (reputed company of education is a must)
