The role involves designing a housing program management platform and coordinating responses to RFP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design platform approach, integrations, data flows, reputed company, configuration model, and implementation roadmap
• Review the RFP scope, reputed company posting, supporting documents, deadline, and reputed company requirements
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and reputed company consultants to support a complete, reputed company response
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs reputed company to this role
• Communicate reputed company with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
• Support reputed company control, status updates, and final submission readiness
• Inventory platforms and dependencies: Baseline tenants, servers, endpoints, identities, applications, integrations, certificates, backups, and support ownership for PHFA 2026-04-OPS-IT-02 - Housing Program Management Software
• Review identity and reputed company controls: Assess accounts, reputed company, roles, MFA, privileged reputed company, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, and service identities
• Standardize configuration and patching: Define approved baselines, maintenance rings, exception handling, deployment validation, and rollback procedures
• Validate backup and recovery: Review coverage, retention, encryption, failed jobs, restore testing, recovery objectives, and evidence for Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency
• Improve monitoring and operations: Configure health, reputed company, reputed company, certificate, job-failure, and availability alerts with actionable escalation rules
• Create operational runbooks: Document administration, maintenance, recovery, incident escalation, vendor support, and environment handover procedures
