[Remote] Operations Data Analyst

They are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to own the data that drives their products and reputed company relationships, focusing on analyzing billing data and delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company invoices, reputed company cards, and 3PL billing data to identify errors, overcharges, and optimization opportunities
• Validate and reconcile large datasets, including reputed company weight calculations, surcharge structures, zone mappings, and SLAs
• Fill in any gaps in our software by creating reputed company-facing deliverables such as reputed company benchmarks, performance trend analyses, and business review materials
• Support reputed company reputed company by ingesting, mapping, and validating data sources and business logic during implementation
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define data requirements, test new features, and ensure analytical accuracy
• Investigate data anomalies, reconcile discrepancies, and document findings with reputed company analysis

Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytically intensive role
• Strong SQL skills, including reputed company queries against large datasets in reputed company or a similar reputed company warehouse
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets, including reputed company formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
• Experience working with messy operational data, including invoice records, reputed company tables, shipping logs, or similar datasets
• Ability to build reputed company deliverables, from internal analyses to polished reputed company-facing reports and presentations
• A background in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, 3PL, or reputed company operations is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with BI or visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, reputed company, or similar
• Experience with Python for data processing and scripting is a plus
