[Remote] Program Operations Coordinator - 1st Shift

As a Program Operations Coordinator, you will enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing plans that positively reputed company distribution and inventory, while also creating and reviewing procedures to maximize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify ML server/reputed company requirements and coordinate delivery to ensure Data Center reputed company and company requirements are met in a reputed company manner
• reputed company dedicated program management support, including deployment issue reputed company, program performance monitoring, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in reputed company integration and hardware reputed company to ensure attainment of operational reputed company, efficiency, and reputed company goals
• Properly monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on-time accurate, and satisfactory deliveries; troubleshoot and resolve supply chain discrepancies as needed
• Communicate with Engineering, reputed company Enablement functional reputed company owners, and the management team to ensure achievement of technical deployment goals and objectives
• Handle stakeholder expectations and reputed company recommendations for ML infrastructure strategic initiatives and long-reputed company goals
• Identify strategies to increase asset utilization from internal clients and/or to reputed company manage existing reputed company reputed company opportunities
• Correctly reputed company data into the Data Center applicable applications/programs tools and maintain/generate required reports

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company work or military experience
• 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain
• Project management experience and knowledge of the high-density server/reputed company vertical
• Experience with reputed company Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software
• A highly organized and detail-oriented work style with a proactive and reputed company attitude
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills; reputed company to be conclusive, results-oriented, and strategic in thinking regarding technical constraints
