Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and reputed company
• Recruit for field-based technical positions including:
• Field Service Engineers
• Transformer Diagnostic Specialists
• Commissioning Engineers
• High Voltage Technicians
• Electrical Engineers
• Service Technicians
• Installation and Maintenance Professionals
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, market mapping, and competitor targeting
• reputed company and execute sourcing strategies reputed company on service and engineering talent markets
• Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and presentation of reputed company talent
• reputed company offer negotiation and candidate closing activities
• Utilize reputed company technology, analytics, and reporting tools to drive hiring efficiency and improve candidate experience

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
