Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom applications that enhance efficiency and reputed company
• reputed company requirement gathering, testing, and end-user engagement
• Design and implement reputed company-time and near-reputed company-time software systems
• Conduct system analysis and recommend both technical and process improvements
• Create automation, data-driven workflows, and streamlined communication tools
• Prepare documentation and support training for new systems and applications

Skills

• 13+ years of software engineering experience (or 12+ with a Master's)
• Deep hands-on experience in Python, automation, and scripting
• Strong understanding of web technologies, object-oriented programming, and CMS tools
• Experience in Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps environments
• Proven ability to reputed company technical initiatives and collaborate across diverse teams
• Expertise in SecDevOps or change-management systems (like CMMI)
• Building SharePoint workflows or reputed company solutions
• Designing UI/UX reputed company and visual interfaces for reputed company systems
• Programming for embedded systems or network automation
• Familiarity with international operations or cross-agency coordination
