[Remote] PMO Program Manager

They are seeking a PMO Program Manager to establish governance frameworks and ensure programs reputed company with strategic objectives while driving PMO maturity and managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for program delivery, performance, and reporting
• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, policies, processes, and performance metrics

• reputed company strategic guidance to executive leadership, including CIO and CTO stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with federal governance and compliance requirements including OMB A-11, OMB A-123, and FITARA

• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, schedules, and financial reputed company
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program and project risks while ensuring continuity of delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and reputed company efforts across multiple business reputed company and technical teams
• Conduct system and program assessments and recommend operational and technical improvements

• Implement performance tracking, reporting dashboards, and executive level briefings

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
• 7–12 years of experience in IT project management, program management, or PMO leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company level programs or modernization portfolios
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and reputed company
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as reputed company Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Trello
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team mentoring capabilities
• Experience with program budgeting, financial management, and resource planning
• Knowledge of federal IT governance frameworks and compliance standards
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief executive leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company stakeholder environments
• Familiarity with reputed company IT systems, modernization initiatives, reputed company transformation efforts
• PMP (Project Management reputed company) certification preferred
