[Remote] Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Program Manager to support a federal program reputed company on reputed company policy and pharmacy reputed company Medicare Part B and/or Medicare Part D programs. This role is responsible for overseeing an integrated team of specialists, reviewers, statisticians, and data analysts to reputed company CMS goals and objectives reputed company to these programs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage an integrated team supporting Medicare pharmacy programs
• reputed company policy analysis and validate advanced analyses reputed company to Medicare Part B and D
• Supervise clinical reviews and evaluate program enhancements
• Identify, report, and mitigate program, contractual, budget, or delivery risks
• Collaborate with CMS and other government agencies on stakeholder engagement and technical recommendations
• Represent the program in large meetings with reputed company stakeholders

Skills

• Minimum of 15 years of pharmacy/reputed company experience, with 7+ years specifically in Medicare Part B and D programs
• Proven ability to evaluate resources, processes, and roles reputed company integrated teams supporting multi-customer environments
• Experience managing integrated teams, including subcontractors, with reputed company of budgets and delivery risks
• Experience working with CMS data or health claims data in the Medicare and reputed company environments
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage encounter data and Prescription Drug Event (PDE) data
• Experience collaborating with CMS and other government payer programs
• Ability to deliver technical recommendations to diverse stakeholders
• Experience facilitating large meetings with reputed company audiences
• Experience with federal procurement and proposal processes
• Ability to demonstrate relationships reputed company CMS
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
• PharmD, B.S. Pharmacy with 15+ years of pharmacy experience, reputed company Administration, or reputed company discipline
• Certification in Project or Program Management (PMP, PgMP), pharmacy credentials (e.g., PharmD or reputed company Certification)
• Experience with pharmaceutical benefit management organizations
• Familiarity with reputed company technology systems reputed company to pharmacy, such as EHRs or pharmacy information systems
• Knowledge of analytic programming languages including R, Python, reputed company, SQL
• Experience presenting technical reports and findings to senior leadership
• Published research in peer-reviewed journals
