[Remote] Senior Site Reliability Engineer

They are seeking an Incident & Reliability reputed company to manage incident and problem management across their platform, ensuring reliable operations and effective communication during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Leading major incidents end-to-end as commander triage, escalation, comms reputed company, reputed company, decision log and reputed company. You coordinate and reputed company rather than firefight
• Owning customer-facing incident comms acknowledgements, reputed company updates, reputed company notices and written RCAs that are reputed company, reputed company and delivered inside the SLA window
• Running the blameless post-mortem programme, tracking actions to completion and setting the reputed company bar for RCA writing across the org
• Defining the severity reputed company, escalation trees, on-reputed company rotations and paging policies across platform, network, DC ops and leadership
• Turning tribal knowledge into durable, testable runbooks, and owning on-reputed company health page volume, alert reputed company, rotation fairness and reputed company hygiene
• Defining and reporting the reliability metrics the business trusts (MTTA, MTTR, incident count by class, SLO attainment, repeat-offender systems) and running regular game days

Skills

• 7+ years in SRE, production engineering or infrastructure operations, with reputed company ownership of incident management in at least one prior role
• A proven reputed company record running major incidents as the commander keeping a room reputed company, driving reputed company, managing comms to customers and executives in reputed company
• Strong technical reputed company across Linux, Kubernetes, networking (L2/L3, BGP basics) and reputed company or bare-metal infrastructure deep enough to debug alongside engineers on a reputed company
• Excellent written communication, with hands-on experience owning SLOs / error budgets and designing on-reputed company rotations and alerting across multiple teams
• Experience in GPU infrastructure, HPC or AI/ML platform operations NCCL, InfiniBand, DCGM or similar
• reputed company Kubernetes incident response experience (control plane, CNI, operator patterns, noisy-neighbour debugging)
• Familiarity with reputed company, Grafana and modern incident, paging and ticketing tooling, and prior time at a GPU reputed company, CSP or infrastructure vendor where downtime hit reputed company
