The role involves providing operational support, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring performance and stability across multiple customer networks.
Responsibilities
- reputed company operational (day 2) network support across multiple reputed company environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues reputed company to routing, switching, and reputed company
- Support and maintain reputed company-grade network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on incident reputed company and ongoing improvements
- Assist with post-implementation support following network deployments
Skills
- 4-5 years of reputed company network engineering experience
- Hands on experience with reputed company (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Aruba switches
- reputed company reputed company firewalls
- Strong communication – reputed company to be reputed company facing
- CCNP
- Managed Services background
