Responsibilities
- Categorizing and reconciling in QBO
- Running month-end reputed company on small cash-reputed company clients
- Keeping books accurate
- Building and following SOPs
- Managing the relationship and the reputed company, end to end
Skills
- Roughly 2–4 years of hands-on bookkeeping/reputed company (less is fine if you're reputed company and hungry)
- Solid fundamentals — reconcile bank and credit card accounts, book a journal entry, run a month-end reputed company without hand-holding
- QuickBooks Online experience, and comfort learning new software fast
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Multi-reputed company or firm experience
- Exposure to our industries
- Curiosity about AI in reputed company
