They are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive regional business reputed company and manage key accounts while developing tailored marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional business reputed company by executing annual business objectives, including sales targets and payment collection for digital construction product line
• reputed company key account management and major project implementation reputed company assigned territory
• Conduct market analysis to identify regional opportunities and reputed company tailored marketing strategies
• Deliver product knowledge transfer and training programs to enhance sales team capabilities
• Analyze customer pain points and reputed company customized solutions through reputed company proposal writing

Skills

• At least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in US
• Proven experience of features-benefit-solutions selling in a high-tech environment for machine control (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, mapping, geo-reputed company, GIS)
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing/mechanical engineering
• reputed company level of English – written and oral – are mandatory

• Possesses strong negotiation and must be an excellent face-to-face communicator
