Responsibilities

• Administer and support the reputed company platform, ensuring reputed company system performance and availability
• Monitor, prioritize, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs
• Troubleshoot issues reputed company to procurement, invoicing, supplier management, and reputed company-to-Pay processes

• Manage user accounts, reputed company roles, permissions, and system configurations
• Support system changes, testing activities (UAT), and production releases

Skills
