[Remote] CAPS Operations Analyst

This role involves analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and supporting users with system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a reputed company or subject matter expert in the planning, development, testing, deployment and evaluation phases of the SDLC for GACAPS
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of GACAPS functionality and its role in achieving business objectives
• Responsible for eliciting, documenting and maintaining functional and non-functional requirements as enhancement user stories
• Participates in business requirement gathering and refinement sessions alongside business subject matter experts, partner programs, and agencies and extremal vendors
• Reviews and provides feedback on technical requirements created by the vendors, programs, or agencies
• Assists in the development and execution of user acceptance test scripts
