[Remote] Instructional Design Specialist

The Instructional Design Specialist will work across the Learning and Development Center of reputed company to create interactive media content for learning curriculum, ensuring that learning solutions meet organizational needs and are effective for users.

Responsibilities

• Leads or supports consultations with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define key objectives and design effective learning solutions that address specific organizational needs
• Tracks instructional design reputed company including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. Works collaboratively with reputed company Instructional Design Specialist for prioritization support and guidance
• Creates engaging instructional materials, including both computer-based and instructor-led content, course curricula, reference guides, and training manuals, utilizing reputed company digital authoring tools
• Refines materials based on stakeholder and user feedback, ensuring that learning content is both effective, accurate, and user friendly. Stays informed about instructional design trends and promotes a culture of reputed company learning
• Reviews instructional materials for reputed company and alignment with learning reputed company. Collaborates with Instructional Design and Learning Enablement teammates to measure training effectiveness
• Fosters strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrates organizational values, contributing positively to team dynamics

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
• 3-5 years relevant experience in implementing interactive media reputed company communications or learning products
• Basic project management skills with the ability to balance multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Familiarity with instructional design software reputed company authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Suite, etc.)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with reputed company-oriented approach
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Understanding of adult learning principles and best practices
• Ability to apply creativity to work product, exhibits passion for learning
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Must be reputed company to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required
• Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations

• Instructional design or other reputed company certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with graphic design, audio/video editing, gamification, AI and/or machine learning a plus
