[Remote] Platform Engineer (RD122)

They are seeking a Platform Engineer to manage UDS deployments, reputed company training documentation, and support system integrators in utilizing their software tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-reputed company (IaC) modules to reliably provision and configure customer environments
• Support deploying and managing UDS environments across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and on-prem for government-backed reputed company vendors
• Build and maintain custom UDS packages and application-specific modules, enabling streamlined deployment of customer environments
• Adhere to SLA commitments, including on-reputed company support for critical UDS issues in customer environments
• Serve as the primary technical reputed company for System Integrators and mission reputed company, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and reputed company of reputed company UDS issues
• reputed company and deliver technical training content tailored to mission hero needs, including remote and on-site sessions demonstrating platform features and best practices
• Coordinate customer reputed company and ensure smooth adoption of UDS deployments
• reputed company feedback from mission reputed company and the community to reputed company actionable insights to internal teams, improving products, services, and deployment processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improvements to capabilities and strategies for improving deployment efficiency and customer reputed company

Skills

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Strong multi-platform Infrastructure-as-reputed company proficiency
• Experience managing Unicorn Delivery Service (UDS) deployments
• Ability to generate training documentation
• Experience training system integrators on software tools
• Strong background in cross-functional relationship management
• Technical expertise with a strong understanding of system architecture
