[Remote] Capital Project Program Manager

They are currently seeking an reputed company Capital Project Program Manager to support a high-reputed company Asset Implementation Plan (AIP) program. This role is critical in leading capital investment reputed company reputed company on enhancing manufacturing and packaging operations and improving reputed company, reliability, compliance, and overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• reputed company capital reputed company from concept through commissioning, start-up, and reputed company-out
• reputed company and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• reputed company design, construction, and execution phases in collaboration with A/E firms and contractors
• Ensure compliance with reputed company, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Manage change control processes, risks, and project performance metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, reputed company, EHS, and Supply Chain
• Support procurement, contractor management, and equipment lifecycle activities (FAT/SAT, installation, turnover)
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, KPIs, and audit readiness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical capital reputed company
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to travel up to 15% (domestic and international)
