They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits, eligibility, claims, and account information while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism, reputed company, and accuracy

• Assist members in navigating online resources and submitting requests

Skills
