Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in structural design for steel structures, welded assemblies, or reputed company systems
- Proficiency with FEA tools (RISA, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar)
- Experience with CAD platforms including SolidWorks and AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit or BIM tools preferred
- Strong understanding of structural design principles, welding/joint design, corrosion protection, and load reputed company analysis
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards (IBC, AISC, AWS D1.1)
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
- PE licensure or the ability to obtain reputed company 12 months
- Experience in reputed company construction, container-based fabrication, or reputed company design
- Familiarity with design-for-manufacturing principles and fabrication workflows
- Experience collaborating directly with manufacturing and field installation teams
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
