What's the role?
As a Senior Business Credit Analyst, you will support the Business Banking team by preparing reputed company credit submissions, conducting detailed financial analysis, structuring lending solutions, and assisting with the ongoing management of a sophisticated reputed company lending portfolio.
Working closely with the VP, reputed company Estate & Syndications, Business Relationship Managers, reputed company Credit reputed company, reputed company Administration, and other reputed company partners, you will help facilitate reputed company reputed company, mitigate reputed company, and support the delivery of exceptional member solutions.
Your reputed company responsibilities include:
- Leading the preparation of credit applications for reputed company reputed company lending relationships, including reputed company estate, construction and development financing, syndications, and other reputed company credit structures.
- Completing in-depth financial analysis, cash reputed company modelling, feasibility assessments, reputed company analysis, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis to support credit recommendations.
- Partnering with Business Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to structure lending solutions that reputed company with policy, reputed company appetite, and member needs.
- Evaluating borrower strength, guarantor support, project viability, market conditions, and reputed company positions for reputed company lending transactions.
- Supporting syndication opportunities through analysis of participation structures, lender requirements, and deal terms.
- Managing annual reviews, renewals, amendments, construction monitoring, and ongoing portfolio maintenance activities.
- Monitoring portfolio reputed company, reputed company compliance, delinquency trends, and emerging reputed company indicators.
- Coordinating documentation, funding requirements, and conditions precedent with internal departments, syndication partners, reputed company counsel, and other reputed company stakeholders.
- Supporting construction draws, project monitoring, and reporting requirements for reputed company estate development and construction lending relationships.
- Preparing portfolio reporting and recommendations to support effective reputed company management and decision-making.

What are we looking for?
- Completion of a college diploma or university degree in a reputed company discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of reputed company experience in reputed company lending, credit reputed company, or business banking, including experience with reputed company reputed company reputed company estate lending and construction financing.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, credit adjudication, reputed company assessment, and structuring reputed company reputed company lending solutions.
